Mon brave Tom, qui a fait le voyage depuis London ! Meme pas mort !!

J'ai aussi reçu ma belle cocotte Le Creuset, achetée grâce aux bon d'achats cadeaux offerts par Steamship pour notre mariage ! Convoitée depuis des lustres mais jamais achetée ( ça coute un bras ), j'ai haaaaaate de m'en servir !!!

 Mon mari au boulot   :-) 

Évidemment, nous avons vendu Lisa - pour 200 pounds - , il fallait donc se racheter une voiture, cette fois avec le volant du bon coté !! Ca fait du bien de reconduire normalement ! Celle ci est un garçon - edition sport c'est pour les gars - et comme elle est japonaise, mon cheri l'a nommée Akira.

La piscine !!

Bien arrivée le Samedi 11.08 à Athenes dans la nuit. Dimanche matin, direction notre appart' et donc notre piscine :-) 

A new adventure !!

For those who are still unaware, my gorgeous, amazing, super brilliant hubby has been promoted Office Manager of one of the leading P&I Club, and he is now in charge of opening and running the branch office in  ........  Athens !!

So, after nearly 6 years in London, it is time to move on and start this new life !  We are both so happy to go there but of course, you have guessed that it is hard to leave !   London has its down sides, for sure and I often moaned about many things here but we have been very happy and after all London is kinda great !

Now, I cannot wait to start our new life !!! We have already found a place in a nice area, 20 minutes from the beach by walk  :-)  

I will write my next message - and hopefully include some pictures -  from Athens   :-)

Leaving drinks and goodbyes

The thing is, when you leave your job or even better, the country, you go out many evenings and your friends, acquaintances and colleagues are happy to pay for your drinks and food  !  :-)  

I don't have a picture of every person I said goodbye to but thank you all for everything !!
